The Patisserie

Having come from Normandy France, Gwen Lecampion opened Saint Germain Patisserie Redfern in 2006 with the aim to create a truly authentic French ‘patisserie experience’. Sixteen years on, and by continuing to deliver the highest standards of food and coffee, along with great service, Saint Germain Patisserie has achieved the reputation of one of the Sydney’s must-visit places.


Saint Germain’s cooks use only the best and freshest ingredients. Our delicious classic French cakes, tarts, pastries and baguettes are handmade daily and can be enjoyed in the café with a coffee, or taken away.

Drop in for Breakfast

We have a great selection of delicious breakfast meals including croissants, crepes, savory tarts and baguettes, and we are open from 7.15am on weekdays and 8am on Saturday.
